Government must re-examine its research funding and procurement policies to address the profound decline in Canada's industrial fabric, telecommunications tycoon Sir Terence Matthews urges."We have a problem in this society in terms of industry," the chairman of Ottawa-based telecommunications supplier Mitel Networks Corp. said yesterday.
