The latest wrinkle in private equity takeovers still needs a catchy name - maybe UBOs, for unleveraged buyouts.Whatever they are called, deals along the lines of the $338-million bid for Sleep Country Canada Income Fund show the new conservative reality that comes with bank financing for private equity acquisitions.
