Buffett's pal sets up Fort Mac flyover
CALGARY -- When word of Bill Gates and Warren Buffett's tour of Alberta's oil sands leaked out, investors were tantalized and the rumour mill started churning.In what was initially a top-secret trip, Mr. Gates, the founder of Microsoft Corp., and Mr. Buffett, chief executive officer of the vast holdings company Berkshire Hathaway Inc., on Monday toured Canadian Natural's $9.3-billion Horizon development by helicopter, and then flew over some other projects in northern Alberta.
