RICHMOND, B.C. -- When Robert Meggy bought the Great Little Box Company Ltd. in 1982, the manufacturer of corrugated boxes, packaging and displays was failing and had just three employees.It was a nervous time for Mr. Meggy, who is now 61. He had hoped to explore his entrepreneurial side after working for years as an accountant for medium-sized companies, and wondered whether he'd bitten off too much. To cap it off, the wider economy wasn't in great shape at the time.
