Dell Canada axing Ottawa jobs

OTTAWA In a blow to the city's high-tech sector, dozens of Dell Canada call-centre employees in Ottawa are losing their jobs and corporate plans announced with much fanfare to hire about 1,200 others are being scrapped, the world's No. 2 personal computer said Tuesday.
