Risk manager joins BMO board
The board of directors of Bank of Montreal has recruited a prominent new director after vowing to beef up its risk management expertise.
Don Wilson III, a former JPMorgan Chase & Co. chief risk officer, was appointed Friday. Before he retired from JPMorgan in 2006, he had global responsibility for credit, equity, market and operational risk.
