Canada continues to create jobs

OTTAWA — Canada's job market showed signs of waning strength in March, but still managed to expand even as the U.S. economy shed 80,000 jobs in the month. Canadian employment increased slightly in March, with an additional 14,600 jobs. But part-time positions accounted for all the job creation, and full-time employment actually declined substantially by 19,600 positions.
