Flaherty pulling for ABCP plan

OTTAWA Federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty says he would be “concerned” if the plan to restructure $32-billion in frozen asset-backed commercial paper unravels in a vote on Friday.
``I would be concerned,” Mr. Flaherty said in an interview with the Business News Network from New York when asked about the possibility of the arrangement falling apart after months of negotiation.
