LCBO tossing the plastic

Mantina Morgado is racked with guilt as she approaches the checkout at the Fresh and Wild food store at King Street and Spadina Avenue with a basket full of cheese, cucumbers and berries. She forgot her canvas bag again and has no choice but to use plastic.
"I think I used it on the weekend and just didn't remember to put it back in my purse," she said. "I do feel bad.
