Hiring of CFO proof Drabinsky didn't know of Livent fraud, lawyer says

TORONTO It would have been “insane” for Garth Drabinsky to hire a former Livent Inc. external auditor as the company's new chief financial officer in 1996 if he had known about a major accounting fraud at the company, lawyer Edward Greenspan said Monday.
