A rough outline of Canada's new wireless communications market is emerging, as bidding in the government's auction of spectrum slows down in the third and final round.
“Firms are contesting a few key areas, including Southern and Eastern Ontario, Southern Quebec, Manitoba and Atlantic Canada,” Jonathan Allen, of RBC Dominion Securities Inc., wrote in a morning note.
