Top court reserves decision in BCE takeover

OTTAWA The Supreme Court of Canada reserved judgment Tuesday after 21/2 hours of arguments on whether BCE Inc. could proceed with a $35-billion leveraged buyout by the Ontario Teacher' Pension Plan and its partners.
