Banks face dollar-exchange suit

FINANCIAL SERVICES REPORTER
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Royal Bank of Canada, Visa Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. face a possible class action suit alleging they improperly cashed in on the rising dollar.
The suit, filed in California, is launched on behalf of retailers in the United States that accept Visa credit cards and allege that banks take too much money when they reverse payments on fraudulent purchases.
