Court strikes down ABCP challenge

TORONTO The committee that's trying to fix Canada's frozen $32-billion commercial paper market will now push forward with its plan at full throttle, while pressuring financial institutions to strike side deals with some corporate investors so they don't take their fight against the plan to the Supreme Court.
