Quebec court orders seizure of Bombardier planes for Iraq
MONTREAL — — The Quebec Superior Court has granted Kuwait Airways a seizure order for several Bombardier Inc. planes ordered by Iraqi Airways.
Justice Paul Chaput also granted an order last Wednesday seizing two properties in Quebec belonging to the government of Iraq.
