Felderhof's lawyer still seeking payment

Toronto lawyer Joe Groia won perhaps the biggest case of his career last year when his client John Felderhof was found not guilty of illegal insider trading while at Bre-X Minerals Ltd. But Mr. Groia is having less success getting paid. Mr. Groia said he is still owed "well over $1-million" for his services and last week an appeal court in Texas complicated his efforts to recover at least some money. The Texas case involves ownership of a house in Williamsburg, Va.
