TORONTO Shopping at Whole Foods helped Heather Reisman, chief executive officer of Indigo Books & Music Inc., understand the extent to which consumers were prepared to go to buy organic fare - and sometimes pay a premium for it. Now she's taking that lesson to Indigo's next big venture, a chain selling environmentally friendly gift, paper and beauty products.
