Ted Rogers: A question of succession

At 75 years old, and with a long history of health problems, Ted Rogers figures he has set up a rock-solid plan for succession and for keeping the communications giant he created under his family's control. The media mogul says that, when he dies or steps down, Alan Horn, chairman of Rogers Communications Inc., will become interim CEO of the company.
