Toasting a new economic order?

WASHINGTON — The official menu for the Group of 20 dinner Friday evening at the White House featured fruitwood-smoked quail with quince gastrique, thyme-crusted rack of lamb with eggplant fondue and a pear torte with huckleberry sauce. There was no mention of crow, though one suspects George W. Bush chewed on a mouthful of that as well. Most of the G20 leaders clearly blame lax U.S.
